How do I customize a workout?
Tap any workout type on the home screen, then tap "Customize" to adjust work, rest, sets, and rounds.
What are WODs?
WODs are ready-made guided workouts — AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, and Pyramid routines with exercise lists. Open a workout type and switch to the WOD tab to browse, search, or filter them. The free version includes 20 starter WODs; Pro unlocks all 120.
How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
Every new install starts with 14 days of full Pro access — no payment info and no signup required. During the trial, Apple Watch, Live Activity, iCloud Sync, color themes, sound packs, and the full WOD library are all unlocked. When the trial ends, the paywall appears; the core timers, custom workouts, and 20 starter WODs stay free.
How do I see the timer on my Lock Screen or Dynamic Island?
With Pro (or during your trial), the Live Activity appears automatically when a workout is running. You can toggle "Lock Screen" and "Dynamic Island" independently under Settings → Live Activity.
Can I use Timme in the background?
Yes. Timme keeps running in the background with audio announcements and notifications, so the timer stays accurate when your phone is locked or you switch apps.
Which languages are supported?
Timme supports English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian.
How do I change the app language?
Go to Settings → Language and select your preferred language.
