Welcome to Timme! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Timme mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Timme, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Timme is a fitness interval timer application that provides:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to use the App in a responsible manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements to run the App, including having a compatible iOS or Android operating system.
While the App stores workout data locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your device to prevent data loss. We are not responsible for any lost data.
Medical Disclaimer: Timme is a fitness timer tool, not a medical device or fitness program. Before beginning any exercise program, consult with your physician or healthcare provider.
Use at Your Own Risk: Physical exercise can be strenuous and may cause injury. You assume all risks associated with using this App for fitness activities. Listen to your body and stop exercising if you feel pain, discomfort, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
Not Medical Advice: The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at timme.app/privacy. We do not collect personal information. All workout data is stored locally on your device.
The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs) are owned by Timme or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
If you use the Apple Watch companion app, your use is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions for watchOS applications and the WatchConnectivity framework.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to the respective store's terms of service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Timme operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Timme regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
